Catch two of gospel music’s most respected names, Grammy, Stellar and Dove Award-winning recording artists Fred Hammond (“Blessed”) and Donnie McClurkin (“We Fall Down”) as the Festival of Praise Tour comes to the New Jersey Performing Arts Center on Friday, October 3,2014 for an evening of soul-stirring music.

Two of the country’s most inspirational singers are joined by musicians and vocalists in spreading an almighty message of faith and love. “This show is sure to be one music lovers, church lovers and gospel music fans will be talking about for years to come,” says The North Dallas Gazette.

Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, June 27 at 10AM.

About the Artists…

Fred Hammond

For more than 25 years, music listeners around the world have known Fred Hammond as a talented songwriter, bassist and vocalist. He is also known throughout the music industry as a gifted musical arranger and producer. But, his work with Face to Face Productions Corporation, the company for which he is both founder and CEO, has earned him the title the “Babyface” of gospel.

Fred has been active both as a member of the gospel performing group Commissioned, and as a solo artist. He is a multiple Grammy-, Dove-, Stellar-award winner and nominee as a performer, producer and writer.

Donnie McClurkin

Gospel music singer and minister Donnie McClurkin has won 3 Grammy awards, 10 Stellar awards, 2 BET awards, 2 Soul Train awards, 1 Dove award and 1 NAACP Image award for his work. Donnie is one of the top selling Gospel music artists, selling over 10 million albums worldwide.

He is the host of the Donnie McClurkin radio show. In 2009, he also broadcast his own television series, “Perfecting Your Faith,” on cable TV. His television appearances include Good Morning America, CBS’s The Early Show, The View, “Girlfriends” and “The Parkers.” He has also been featured in such films as “The Gospel” and “The Fighting Temptation.” Donnie serves Senior Pastor at Perfecting Faith Church in Freeport, NY.
