Boarding starts at 6:30 pm, with the cruise departing from Pier 40 at 7:30 pm and lasting until 10 pm. About Jonathan Butler
Jonathan Butler is a renowned jazz guitarist and singer with a career spanning over four decades. Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Butler started his musical journey at a very young age. At the age of seven, he started singing in church, and by the time he was 12, he had become a fixture on the local music scene. In 1975, he signed his first record deal with Jive Records, and soon became a sensation in his home country.

In the early 1980s, Butler moved to London to pursue his music career. His unique style, which fused jazz, R&B, and gospel, quickly caught the attention of music lovers and critics alike. He released his first international album, “Introducing Jonathan Butler,” in 1985, which earned him a Grammy nomination for Best R&B Vocal Performance.

Throughout his career, Butler has released over 25 albums, won multiple awards, and collaborated with some of the biggest names in the music industry. He is known for his soulful voice, virtuoso guitar playing, and uplifting lyrics. His music has touched the hearts of millions of people around the world, and he continues to inspire new generations of musicians and music lovers alike.

Today, Jonathan Butler is considered one of the most accomplished and respected jazz musicians of his generation. About Gerald Albright
Gerald Albright is a legendary saxophonist and multi-instrumentalist known for his virtuosity and versatility. Born in Los Angeles, California, Albright began playing the piano at an early age and later switched to the saxophone, which would become his signature instrument. He attended the University of Redlands where he earned a degree in music composition and performance.

In the late 1970s, Albright joined the band of legendary R&B singer, Patrice Rushen, and soon became a sought-after session musician, working with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Quincy Jones, Whitney Houston, and Phil Collins. In 1987, he released his debut album, “Just Between Us,” which featured a mix of jazz, R&B, and funk, and showcased his exceptional musicianship.

Over the course of his career, Albright has released over 20 albums, won numerous awards, and performed at some of the world’s most prestigious music festivals and venues. He is known for his dynamic stage presence, impeccable technique, and innovative style, which has inspired countless musicians around the world.

In addition to his solo work, Albright has also collaborated with many other artists and bands, including The Winans, Anita Baker, and Earth, Wind & Fire. He has also contributed to numerous film and TV soundtracks, including “The Color Purple” and “The Bodyguard.” Today, Gerald Albright is considered one of the most accomplished and respected saxophonists in the world, and his music continues to captivate audiences and inspire new generations of musicians.
