New Jersey Wine Festivals is pleased to invite you to our Winter Wine Festival on Saturday, February 23, at the Hilton Short Hills, New Jersey’s Premier Urban Resort.

Over the past 7 years, you’ve joined us for Spring and Harvest wine events, now warm up with us at our inaugural Winter tasting on a Saturday night… featuring amazing wines, delicious light bites, a super crowd of wine-lovers, PLUS cool contemporary live jazz!

WINE & FOOD: The connoisseurs from The Wine Library will once again select over 150 wines for every palate’s pleasure. To pair with the wine, the Hilton’s AAA Four Diamond award winning
culinary experts will provide a first class selection of hors d’oeuvres, antipasto, cheese, breads and pasta. View past Food and Wine selections.

WINE CLASSES: Three (3) wine classes will be held in our special tasting area at 7:15PM, 8:15PM & 9:15PM. The instructor will conduct a side-by-side tasting of 5 special wines, explaining grape varietal origins and providing tasting notes for each. Class cost is an additional $25 per person and advance reservations must be made online or by phone during ticket purchase. This is an opportunity to attend a 30-40 minute small group session during the event to expand your knowledge of wine. Class sizes are limited so be sure to RESERVE EARLY!

MUSIC: The evening’s musical act is contemporary jazz guitarist Matt Marshak. The Long Island, New York native just released Colors of Me which shades his classic and fluid style with jazz, blues, rock, pop and even down-home boogie. His 7th major release follows 2011’s highly received Urban Folktales, which boasted a No. 1 song on the 2011 indie jazz chart, “Silent Knowing.” His music has earned praise from Jazz Times, CD 101.9, and even Deep Purple’s legendary guitarist Ritchie Blackmore. It’s a busy time for Matt, who is popular on the jazz tour circuit (Seabreeze, Rehoboth, Hartford Jazz, Low Country, etc.) and we’re pleased to have him and his band join us at the New Jersey Winter Wine Festival.
